Who you are
We are looking for a creative, innovative individual to join our team as a Brokerage intern in the Cleveland location
What you bring
- Working towards a degree and/or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- A strong interest in Real Estate or Urban Planning.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels for the organization and with external partners.
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office including MS Excel.
Bonus skills and experience
- Previous experience working within a real estate environment.
- Experience working within a professional services environment.
- Experience with Smartsheets a plus, but not required.
What success looks like
- You will conduct a variety of information searches (availability, ownership, zoning, restrictions, tenant, and transaction information) utilizing internal and external resources.
- You will assist with survey calling in order to obtain accurate availability and vacancy information.
- You will update databases (property, company and contact information).
- You will grow your role within the business through efficient completion of your duties allowing you time to take on new responsibilities.

Cleveland, Ohio: Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $15.00/hour to $20.00/hour
