This is not a soft SDR role.
You will be expected to cold call heavily, build pipeline, qualify opportunities and work closely with a sharp sales team that is already closing fast.
The Role
This isn’t a meeting-setting SDR role.
- You own your desk.
- You generate pipeline, run discovery, and move opportunities forward. Performance is measured on pipeline & revenue, not activity metrics.
You’ll be joining one of the fastest growing fintech companies in New York, solving a serious revenue problem for its customers. There is insane buyer demand, so much so, we cannot hire sales people fast enough.

Your time goes where it should:
- Calling.

What You’ll Do
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach, cold calls, emails, texts etc
- Build & manage your own pipeline
- Work closely with a strong NYC sales team
- Consistently generate qualified opportunities
Profile
This role suits someone who:
- Has 12 months outbound SDR experience
- Has worked in a startup or high-performance sales environment
- Is comfortable making 150 calls per day
- Understands how to turn cold outreach into real opportunities
- Wants ownership rather than micromanagement

Package
- $80,000 - $125,000 base salary
- $250,000 OTE (50/50 split)
