You’ll be joining one of America’s fastest-growing top 10 fintechs as the final growth hire before the company’s next major funding round.


This is not a narrow marketing role. You’ll have full autonomy to build, test, fix & scale growth channels across the business - especially high-volume email, paid acquisition, landing pages, CRM and analytics.


You’ll be expected to figure things out, move fast and own the outcome.

Build the playbook. Test fast. Change what fails. Ramp what works.


The Role

  • This sits across growth, marketing, data and revenue.
  • You’ll work across email, outbound, paid ads, direct mail, events, partnerships, landing pages, collateral, CRM, RevOps and analytics.
  • One week you might be building high-volume email infrastructure.
  • The next, fixing deliverability, domain warm-up, inbox rotation, sequencing and list quality.
  • The next, optimising Meta/Facebook ads, testing landing pages or launching a new acquisition channel.
  • If your campaign creates demand and sales are busy, you pick up the phone.
  • If the data says a channel is failing, you change the angle.
  • If something works, you scale it hard.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing US fintech with strong product-market fit, serious buyer demand, fast revenue growth and a high-performance team.

The product sits in a huge, underserved financial services market with a clear need for better software.


The market is large, old-school and still wide open.


What You’ll Do

  • Build high-volume email marketing campaigns from scratch
  • Set up and manage email infrastructure, deliverability, domains, inbox rotation, warm-up and sequencing
  • Write copy, build lists and launch outbound campaigns
  • Run email, paid, social, direct mail, outbound and event campaigns
  • Optimise Meta, Facebook, Google and other paid channels
  • Set up CRM workflows, dashboards, analytics and attribution
  • Create landing pages, collateral and campaign assets
  • Work closely with sales to convert demand into revenue
  • Test messaging, offers, audiences and channels
  • Carry a target and be measured on commercial outcomes
  • Scale what works and kill what does not


Profile

This suits someone who:

  • Has 3 years in growth marketing, demand gen, performance marketing or startup marketing
  • Has worked in an early-stage or high-growth startup
  • Has built high-volume email campaigns, not just newsletters
  • Understands email deliverability, domain warm-up, inbox rotation, sequencing and list quality
  • Can optimise Meta, Facebook, Google or other paid channels
  • Can wear different hats without needing a fixed lane
  • Has built systems, not just managed campaigns
  • Can write sharp copy
  • Can work across email, paid, social, CRM, landing pages and analytics
  • Understands CRM, automation, attribution and dashboards
  • Is willing to speak directly with prospects/customers when needed
  • Has worked with SMBs, fintech, vertical SaaS or non-technical buyers
  • Likes speed, pressure, autonomy and ownership
  • Is data-driven, commercially sharp and not precious


This will not suit someone who wants a narrow marketing job inside a polished department.

It will suit someone who wants to help build the function & earn a bigger seat.

  • $200,000 - $250,000 cash bonus/commission
