Regional Manager– Commercial Roofing/Sheet Metal

Summary:
- Full-time position to manage, supervise and coordinate installation of commercial roofing and waterproofing systems within a specified region.
Typical duties to include:
- Monitor daily activities and as needed compile reports on progress, compliance and
- Obstacles
- Confirm adherence to approved shop drawings
- Attend preconstruction and progress meetings, as well as other project or staff meetings
- Work with foreman and superintendent to determine proper solution that conforms to
- manufacturer requirements for any detailed issues that may arise in the field
- QA/Pre-punchlist walks with follow up reports and tracking
- Developing and writing work orders to include proper material lists
- Coordinate onsite deliveries with suppliers and general contractors
- Coordinate with other trades
- Ensuring proper tools and equipment is onsite and in proper working condition
Job requirements:
- 5 years of equivalent work in commercial roofing industry.
- Willingness to travel
- Proficiency with Windows based operating system, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
- Comfortable climbing ladders, stair towers, and not afraid of heights.
- Strong communication skills: verbal and writing
- Valid driver’s license for local traveling
- Pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
Experience with Bluebeam is preferred but not required.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
