Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney located in Miami, FL.
- The Attorney will be responsible for handling personal injury cases from inception to resolution, providing legal advice, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
- The role involves managing complex litigation and collaborating with co-counsel to maximize results for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Legal Advice and Negotiation skills
- Proficient in Research and drafting legal documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle complex litigation cases
- Admission to the Florida Bar
- Experience in personal injury preferred
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
