What You'll Do

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with automotive parts sales
• Identify and source the correct OEM and aftermarket parts using electronic parts catalogs
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment
• Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure timely parts availability
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and coordinate special orders
• Keep the parts department organized, clean, and customer-ready
• Promote parts specials and additional products when appropriate
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive parts counter sales preferred
• Dealership experience is a plus
• Knowledge of automotive components and vehicle systems
• Experience with dealership management systems such as Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar is helpful
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
