- Manage and train BDC representatives to meet dealership goals and provide outstanding customer service
- Develop and implement effective phone, email, and text communication strategies to engage with prospective and existing customers
- Oversee and monitor lead management processes, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate CRM entries
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and coordination
- Analyze BDC performance metrics and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates
- Maintain a positive and professional team environment to encourage high morale and performance
- Stay informed about dealership promotions, incentives, and inventory to communicate effectively with customers
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Proven experience in a BDC or customer service management role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and dealership management software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
