Banquet Server & Bartender
Part-Time / As Needed
We are seeking adaptable, hospitality-driven team members to join our banquet staff as cross-trained servers and bartenders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced event environments, polished guest service, and variety in their work.
Hours vary week to week depending on scheduled banquets, weddings, private events, and special functions. Flexibility is essential. Compensation starts at $22.00 per hour, with opportunities for tips and additional event-based compensation.
Position Overview
Our banquet team plays a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through attentive service, professionalism, and teamwork. Team members will be cross trained in both banquet service and bartending responsibilities and may work in either role depending on event needs.
Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare banquet spaces for service
- Polish glassware and silverware and complete event prep
- Provide professional food and beverage service during events
- Bartend banquet functions as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service and breakdown
Qualifications
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic POS, cash handling, and food safety knowledge
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
