Licensed Mental Health Therapist (W-2): Stevens Point
Open Meadow Therapy is hiring a licensed mental health therapist for a flexible, hybrid W-2 role in Stevens Point.

About the Role
- Deliver in-person and remote, evidence-based therapy to clients, practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, and MI
- Maintain a caseload of 7-22 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week
- Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
Requirements
- License: Active Wisconsin license and in good standing as a LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or equal licensure
- Caseload: Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions. Sessions will include ongoing therapy and new client consults appointments.
- Experience: 2 years of clinical experience
- Documentation: All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact
Flexible Schedule
- Clinicians have flexibility in setting their schedules, subject to manager approval, client care needs, and practice coverage requirements. This model is designed to support schedule autonomy while maintaining reliable client care.
