Position: ICF Group Home Program Director
Description:
Supervision of residents and staff. Duties include develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans for residents; coordinate financial, medical, psychological, and social services; maintain records; supervise/train staff; complete monthly scheduling; carry out policies and procedures of agency. May need to work on the floor to maintain adequate staffing.
Qualifications:4-year degree preferred, or ability to obtain. 2 years of DD experience required. Valid driver’s license required. Proficiency in database helpful. Prior experience in Developmental Disability preferred. Strong organizational skills, supervisory skills, and ability to lead staff a plus.
