Field Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Manager to oversee telecom construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of underground construction management processes. This role requires effective communication with team members, clients, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations on-site, managing a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct thorough construction oversight and maintain quality control requirements to ensure project specifications are met.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and materials effectively to avoid delays.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project progress and any potential issues.
• Utilize construction management software for tracking project milestones and documentation.

Experience
Candidates should have a proven track record in construction management with experience in supervising teams. Familiarity with quality control processes, budgeting techniques, and OSHA regulations is essential. The ability to read utility construction maps will be highly regarded. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are critical for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $68,063.00 - $73,494.00 per year
