Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Client Service Associate at Open Advisors, LLC.

The Senior Client Service Associate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, coordinating financial planning services, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Managing processes to improve systems and ensure Clients have the best experiences.

Managing those processes and imputing them into CRM systems. Managing data in CRM systems to keep them up to date. Tasks include New Account Opening, Client Onboarding, Asset Movement and coordinating Client Related needs.

We are looking to add a Senior Client Service Associate to our team that would supports Advisors in San Francisco, San Diego and Kirkland, WA.

Travel required for training, approximately 4-6 days in the first two years. All expenses paid.

Must Have Qualifications

• Financial Planning and Wealth Management experience as Client Associate
• Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
• Experience in Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
• Knowledge of Financial Software and Tools
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• CRM System expertise
• Self Driven worker, able to work successfully in remote setting

Nice to Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Certifications such as CFP, CFA, or Series 7 are a plus
