We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Client Service Associate to join our team. This role partners with Lead Advisors to onboard new ultra-high-net-worth households and manage ongoing client relationships. The Senior Client Service Associate works closely with colleagues on the Service Team, often serving as the primary liaison between clients, advisors, and custodians.
- Support advisor(s) with client service requests and respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone.
- Process cashiering and money movement requests, including RMDs.
- Facilitate onboarding of new households, including account opening, funding, and internal trade setup.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding items and ensure timely resolution.
- Navigate the Schwab Advisor Portal to complete custodial processes efficiently.
- Communicate progress updates across departments and maintain accurate client records in the CRM and reporting systems.
- Coordinate annual tax reporting and facilitate completion of tax documentation with CPAs.
- Assist in gathering data for financial planning and create supporting client documentation.
- Deliver a high level of service to ultra-high-net-worth clients, with attention to detail and discretion.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally at an RIA or broker-dealer.
- Series 65 license is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong client service orientation.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A “no task is too small” attitude and willingness to pitch in across functions.
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability.
- Familiarity with DocuSign, Salesforce, and Envestnet Tamarac preferred.
- Must be located in Bellevue or surrounding areas; this role is primarily in-office.
- Salary range: $60,000–$120,000 (depending on experience and licensure) plus annual bonus eligibility.
