About the Role

As a Stock Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping the sales floor fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing while actively engaging with customers throughout the day. Unlike traditional stock associate positions, this role focuses on face-to-face sales, customer service, merchandising, and sales floor support rather than warehouse operations.

What You'll DoFace-to-Face Sales & Customer Engagement (Primary Focus)

• Engage with customers on the sales floor to understand their needs and recommend products.
• Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service during every interaction.
• Promote featured merchandise, promotions, and special offers.
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized service.

Sales Floor Merchandising

• Restock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure products are always available.
• Organize shelves, displays, and promotional areas according to company standards.
• Maintain attractive product presentations and accurate pricing.
• Monitor sales floor inventory and communicate replenishment needs.
• Keep the retail floor clean, organized, and customer-ready.

Customer Experience

• Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and making purchasing decisions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Help maintain a welcoming, engaging, and customer-focused shopping environment.

Team Collaboration
