Job Title: Experienced Injector (NP/PA)
Reports To: Spa Manager ( guidance of Medical Director)
Job Summary: The Injector will have advanced injector experience with comprehensive knowledge of neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other procedures/services. This role is patient-driven and eager to provide optimal results and able to provide aesthetic non-surgical cosmetic evaluation, consultation, treatments, as well as treatment recommendations as delegated by an overseeing physician. Treatments may include: anti-wrinkle treatments by injection including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body and facial injections, thread lifts, platelet-rich plasma therapy, microneedling, derma roller, mesotherapy, lip enhancement, cryolipolysis and other fat reduction treatments, chemical peels and microdermabrasion, etc.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
● Prescribe and guide other Injectors on treatment plan(s)
Primary Job Functions:
● Possess a comprehensive understanding of all services, products and programs to guide, educate and communicate with clients.
● Promote, explain and sell add-on products and services to drive upgrades, memberships and retail sales.
● Provide comprehensive treatment plans which complement and enhance results desired by clients while utilizing procedures and products.
● Perform injectable treatments using neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
● Provide accurate charting and clinical documentation of all client care.
● Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding guest expectations by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to questions and needs
● Stay up to date on new products and services in the industry.
● Maintain a professional and impeccable spa environment and work area.
Device Expertise (Preferred Experience)
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with advanced medical-grade aesthetic technologies and an eagerness to stay at the forefront of innovation.
● Laser and light-based treatments (IPL/BBL, Moxi, and similar platforms)
● Radiofrequency Microneedling for collagen stimulation and skin tightening
● Pix:E Laser resurfacing treatments
Required Skills/Abilities:
● Minimum of 2 years of experience with injectable cosmetic procedures.
● Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and all levels of management.
● Strong knowledge in general business functions and management.
● Basic computer skills with understanding of GSuite, Zoom, and related software.
● PRP, Microneedling, laser experience are a plus.
● Strong analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
● Ability to work without direct supervision.
● Flexibility with schedule; including availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
● A team player and support management and peers as well as business goals.
● A polished, professional appearance at all times.
Licensures and Training:
● NP or PA (required)
● Must hold and maintain current NC state license (required)
● Cosmetic injector training (required)
● Advanced training in body contouring, skin tightening, injectables, etc. (required)
