This is a part-time or full-time, on-site Aesthetic Injector (PA / NP) role based in Raleigh Brier Creek, NC.

The Aesthetic Injector will provide safe, evidence-based injectable treatments such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and related aesthetic procedures in accordance with VIO Med Spa protocols and state regulations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive consultations, assessing guest needs and goals, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering exceptional clinical care. The role involves maintaining accurate medical documentation, ensuring adherence to safety and infection control standards, and collaborating with the spa team to optimize guest outcomes and satisfaction.

The Aesthetic Injector will also educate guests on pre- and post-care, recommend complementary services and medical-grade skincare, participate in ongoing training, and support the growth of the practice through relationship-building, patient retention, and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of North Carolina with appropriate prescriptive authority

• Minimum two years of aesthetic injectable experience (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and related treatments) in a clinical or medical spa setting strongly preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and consultation skills, including the ability to evaluate facial anatomy, discuss realistic outcomes, and create personalized treatment plans

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term patient relationships and provide clear education on procedures, risks, and aftercare

• Commitment to safety, compliance, and meticulous documentation, including adherence to infection control standards, state regulations, and VIO Med Spa protocols

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment while collaborating effectively with front desk, management, and fellow clinical team members

• Interest in ongoing professional development and staying current with aesthetic medicine techniques, products, and best practices

• Experience recommending treatment plans, memberships, skincare, and package-based care plans preferred

• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
