Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and private residences, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning products to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to deliver consistent quality while preventing accidents or hazards
• Handle industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, utilizing specialized equipment for deep cleans in high-traffic or heavily soiled areas
• Support custodial duties including waste disposal, window cleaning, and minor maintenance requests to uphold overall cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize daily tasks and ensure timely completion of all cleaning assignments

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles; hotel experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing surfaces
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies for deep-cleaning projects
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
• Prior custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required
• A positive attitude with strong communication skills and reliability
