Role Description/Summary
This position is responsible for the ensuring team members are properly trained on safety programs and practices. This position will also assist the site managers with onboarding of new team members and ensuring farm paperwork stays up to date and compliant. This position will work hand in hand with both the Processing and Production Managers at the direction of the Complex Manager. This position reports directly to the location Complex Manager.
Essential Job Functions – Must be able to perform these tasks with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Ensure all team members are properly trained on company safety programs and expectations
- Utilize Alchemy learning management software for the location to provide training and maintain training records
- Assist with onboarding new team members to ensure they are integrated into the operation in an effective manner
- Assist with training team members as assigned
- Maintain accurate and legible records of training
- Assist with farm compliance paperwork and records to ensure the farm stays in compliance with relevant regulations and customer requirements
- Develop and lead safety committees on Processing and Production at location

Required Qualifications – Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel
- Demonstrated ability to effectively speak, read, and write in English
- Demonstrated ability to be attentive to highly detailed work
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
- Demonstrated ability to convey knowledge and information to others
Preferred Qualifications – Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Bilingual English and Spanish is highly preferred
