Role Description
The Regional Director of Sales will oversee regional sales operations and drive revenue growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and relationship building with key partners and clients. This includes managing a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment with branding initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jupiter Beach, FL.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership, strategic planning, and business development
- Strong ability to lead, mentor, and manage sales teams effectively
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
