We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing home health team in Gainesville, GA. This flexible, part-time opportunity is ideal for an LPN with home health experience who enjoys providing quality one-on-one patient care while also helping new clients get started with services.
This role includes both skilled nursing visits and admissions. You'll perform twice-daily nephrostomy tube flush visits for a current client using strict sterile technique, as well as conduct assessments for prospective clients, complete admission paperwork, and help ensure a smooth start to care.
Qualifications
- Current Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Experience caring for patients with nephrostomy tubes or similar skilled nursing procedures strongly preferred.
- Excellent sterile technique and infection control practices.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Professional, personable, and dependable.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
