Job description:
OPA Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team serving Atlanta and College Park, GA.
We currently have LPN positions open for both Hospice Care and Wound Care.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes.
- Perform assessments, treatments, and skilled nursing services as ordered.
- Provide wound care and/or hospice care based on the assigned position.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation.
- Educate and support patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current Georgia LPN license in good standing.
- Hospice and/or wound care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
