Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale initiatives.
- Partner with product owners and business leaders to ensure teams understand why work matters and how it connects to organizational goals.
- Drive program-level planning, dependency management, and cross-team alignment.
- Oversee execution of complex technical initiatives, including database migration and cloud modernization.
- Track and communicate progress, risks, timelines, and outcomes to leadership.
- Push initiative momentum, removing blockers, managing risks, and ensuring forward progress.
- Blend Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management approaches where needed.
- Guide teams in Agile best practices while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Minimum 5 years as a Scrum Master and 8 years driving program execution in complex enterprise environments, or equivalent hybrid leadership experience.
- Experience leading multiple teams in large-scale, fast-paced enterprise environments.
- Strong background in cloud and data migration projects.
- Demonstrated ability to connect business strategy to execution and drive measurable outcomes.
- Expertise in Jira for planning, dependency tracking, and roadmap visualization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Deep understanding of Agile, SAFe, Lean, and blended delivery models.
- Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Advanced Agile or SAFe certifications (CSM, PSM II, SA, SPC, etc.).
- Experience working closely with architecture, DevOps, and engineering teams.

- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
