Residential Coordinator
Full-Time | $55,000–$62,000/year | Up to $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

What you will lead
- Oversight of residential programs serving adults with brain injuries and disabilities
- Supervision and coaching of Community Living Supervisors and residential staff
- Coordination with families, providers, and internal departments
- Licensing, certification, and compliance oversight
- Participation in individualized service planning and implementation
- Monitor medication administration procedures and staff recertification training
- On-call responsibilities as assigned
What you need
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- Three years of management experience in developmental disability services required
- Ability to comprehend and write English at a traditional Grade 12 level
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass CORI and fingerprinting
Working conditions
Required assistance may include transferring people of adult weight. This role involves supporting individuals with complex behaviors who may demonstrate aggressive or self-injurious behavior through direct intervention and conformance with behavioral programs. Training and protocols are in place.
