We're looking for a Project Manager to lead technology and innovation initiatives across our retail footprint. You'll own the delivery of projects that span retail systems implementation, AI-powered customer experiences, and customer journey design, translating strategic intent into shipped outcomes in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
This is a hands-on execution role with real breadth. One week, you might be driving a POS system rollout; the next, coordinating the deployment of an AI-powered in-store experience. You'll operate with high autonomy, interfacing closely with our Retail Operations partners while owning the technology workstreams end-to-end. Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver cross-functional technology projects through the full lifecycle, from scoping and planning through implementation and launch.
- Drive the implementation, development, and continuous improvement of retail systems, including POS, ERP, CRM, AV, and in-store demo technologies.
- Manage AI implementation initiatives within retail, including AI-powered customer experiences and AI-driven store operations optimization.
- Own retail customer journey design projects, mapping, improving, and innovating how customers interact with technology across the store experience.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear action plans, serving as the bridge between engineering, product, and retail stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with Retail Operations, Product Marketing, Enterprise Systems & Product, Retail Design & Implementation, Retail Finance, and Product Management to drive seamless execution.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating with solutions, not just problems.
- Curate and present project status, risks, and progress to leadership with clarity and precision.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of experience in project or program management within a technology, consumer electronics, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) retail, or ultra premium hotelier environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing technology implementation projects (e.g., system rollouts, platform migrations, or technology-driven process transformations).
- Proven competence with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Wrike, or equivalent) and productivity suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
- Track record of taking a defined business strategy and driving it through execution to final delivery.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience with retail technology systems (POS, ERP, CRM, AV, or in-store demo platforms).
- Exposure to AI/ML product implementation or technology innovation projects.
- Background in retail operations or strong working knowledge of retail operational processes (SOPs, store workflows, frontline communications).
- MBA or advanced degree.
- PMP, Agile, or equivalent project/program management certification.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in daily work to boost personal and team productivity.
- Experience creating store-team-facing communications (e.g., briefings, FAQs, playbooks).
