Description
- Team Building Coordination: Lead hiring and retention strategies in collaboration with recruiting and sales teams to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Service Oversight: Monitor existing service delivery quality, develop status reports, and escalate issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Improvement: Identify operational enhancement opportunities, support implementation, and develop strategies to improve service delivery.
- Service Development Support: Collaborate in the development of new cybersecurity services, with the expectation to grow into a lead role for service launch and delivery.
- Documentation & Reporting: Apply cybersecurity knowledge, analyze security operational processes, and create relevant documentation. Prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports to stakeholders.
- Customer Engagement: Support customer interactions, acting as a liaison for technical and business queries to ensure satisfaction and effective communication.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to cybersecurity business planning and coordination, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to deliver integrated cybersecurity solutions and enhance overall service delivery.
- In-depth Technical Knowledge: Stay up to date with new security technologies and emerging threats.
- At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT leadership.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Basic understanding of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies.
- Proven track record in team management and strategic planning, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- This role is expected to evolve into leading the launch and delivery of cybersecurity services. This person will play a key role in shaping its execution.
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification required.
