Your Mission

This is a rare chance to touch every layer of the stack—backend services, frontend applications, data pipelines, and internal tools—all while leveraging the latest in AI-driven development.
Your Mission
- Architect and implement systems that ingest and process large volumes of on-chain data
- Create intuitive dashboards and UI components used by a growing base of highly engaged users
- Design innovative database schemas to support tokenization of next-generation digital assets
- Build internal tooling and data pipelines leveraged by global institutional investors
- Work autonomously in a fast-moving, exploratory environment where speed and precision both matter
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience writing production-grade code
- Proficiency in a modern backend language such as Python, Go, or similar
- Solid front-end development skills using TypeScript and React
- Understanding of relational database design and best practices
- High attention to detail, a builder’s mindset, and a bias for shipping
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently with limited oversight
- Chat with the CTO and co-founder about your past projects and how you think through technical challenges
- Choose between a live technical session or a take-home assessment
- Spend a half-day onsite for deeper technical and team-fit interviews
- Final step includes reference checks and standard background verification
