The Sales Operations & Broker Support Co-op will play an active role in supporting the Medicare Sales team and broker distribution channel. This position offers hands-on experience across sales operations, marketing initiatives, analytics, broker engagement, strategic planning, and process improvement efforts.
The Co-op will collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to support daily operations while gaining exposure to how sales, marketing, and broker distribution strategies contribute to business success.
