Co-op Job Description
The essential duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Developing marketing content, including direct mail, email, and text message campaigns
- Creating and updating marketing materials to support all sales channels
- Assisting with routing marketing materials through review and approval processes
- Testing digital tools and platforms
- Supporting campaign setup and execution
- Tracking campaign performance, including responses, leads, and applications
- Assisting with budgeting activities, including invoice tracking
- Ensuring marketing materials comply with CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and internal compliance requirements
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
