OP Management, a sales and development firm, is expanding in Meriden and hiring a Sales Team Member to help us introduce Frontier's services to our customers ready for something better. With Frontier now part of Verizon following their merger, our Sales Team Members are offering Meriden customers the combined strength of two networks that know how to deliver.
As a Sales Team Member, you’ll learn that honesty is the sharpest tool in the box. You’ll engage with our customers, building trust by admitting what Frontier can’t do as well as what it can in sales discussions. The Sales Team Member then uses insight to highlight the human side of tech in sales interactions and drive sales conversions by offering connection, not just internet.
Core Functions of the Sales Team Member
- Promote Frontier’s high-speed internet and television offerings in person by highlighting the reliability and value of its expanding fiber network.
- Educate prospective customers on the advantages of Frontier Fiber connectivity in person and television solutions through informative conversations.
- Assess customer usage habits and recommend Frontier internet and TV packages that align with streaming, gaming, remote work, and everyday connectivity needs.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities by building rapport and creating meaningful customer engagement around Frontier services.
- Support customer enrollment efforts by providing clear information on Frontier internet plans, TV packages, and promotional offerings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules to strengthen relationship management and sales effectiveness.
