The Frontier Team Member will assess our customers’ needs and recommend tailored internet and TV packages through personalized sales strategies that celebrate this unique lineage.
As a Frontier Team Member, our sales training will teach you to design the perfect digital foundation with Frontier’s services, then connect with our customers in person to lay the groundwork. With sales strategies that emphasize Frontier’s strength and durability, our Frontier Team Members turn every sales interaction into a satisfied customer.
Role Responsibilities of the Frontier Team Member
- Connect personally with our customers to showcase Frontier high-speed internet and TV services, backed by Verizon’s industry-leading infrastructure.
- Offer in-person sales consultations to simplify the selection of Frontier plans tailored to each household’s needs.
- Turn every day in-person discussions into successful sales by demonstrating how Frontier, now with Verizon’s strength, improves home connectivity and entertainment.
- Support sales growth by proactively engaging customers and guiding them toward better Frontier internet and TV options.
- Create positive experiences by recommending Frontier solutions that bring reliable speeds and enhanced viewing quality.
- Drive revenue by staying focused on customer goals and turning conversations into completed Frontier sales.
