As an Entry Level Manager, you'll receive training in lead generation systems, Frontier And Verizon product knowledge, and sales support processes. The Entry Level Manager will identify high-potential sales leads and qualify prospects, setting the stage for sales conversations about Fiber Internet and TV solutions.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Manager
- Identify prime areas for growth by targeting households where Frontier Fiber can eliminate common connectivity problems.
- Integrate sales into every interaction by demonstrating how Frontier Fiber paired with Verizon Wireless delivers a powerful, cable-free lifestyle.
- Maintain a well-organized, no-lead-left-behind database so the sales team can act quickly when opportunities arise.
- Coordinate in-person consultations where customers can experience our fiber technology firsthand.
- Seek out customers frustrated with traditional cable services and present Frontier as the faster, more dependable solution they’ve been waiting for.
- Provide the sales team with a clear, high-energy strategy that includes neighborhood insights and a full calendar of scheduled appointments.
Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Manager
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer support is a plus.
