In the Entry Level Assistant Manager role, you’re expected to:
- Engage directly with customers, helping them explore our available suite of services while setting an example for junior team members by demonstrating genuine, solutions-based communication.
- Close sales with confidence and authenticity, showing new associates how to build trust through great service instead of pressure tactics.
- Track performance metrics and daily goals, using data to spot opportunities and keep the team focused on results.
- Lead engaging team meetings, balancing business updates with encouragement, humor, and the occasional pep talk.
- Assist in recruiting and training new hires, teaching them how to succeed in sales and represent the brand with pride.
- Collaborate with upper management, sharing feedback from the field to improve sales strategy and customer experience.
- Guide your team to hit sales goals, offering coaching, feedback, and motivation that helps everyone perform at their best.
- Keep morale high and teamwork strong despite potential challenges and obstacles.
