As an Entry Level Enrollment Associate, you’ll receive guided sales training that teaches you how to explain Verizon FiOS features and support customers through enrollment with clarity. The Entry Level Enrollment Associate will then rely on in‑person sales communication to recommend the right FiOS package, ensuring each enrollment is simple and stress‑free.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Enrollment Associate
- Connect with customers to introduce Verizon FiOS through friendly, in-person style conversations that spark interest and support early sales engagement.
- Present Verizon FiOS internet and TV benefits in a simple, relatable way, helping customers be confident about exploring enrollment options.

- Walk customers through pricing and service details clearly, making the enrollment process feel straightforward to complete.
- Support customers through each step of enrollment by explaining what to expect in a clear and reassuring way.
