We’re seeking a full-time Entry Level Business Associate to join our growing team as Frontier continues expanding its fiber network across Connecticut. As a Entry Level Business Associate, you'll work directly with customers, support daily sales activities, and learn the fundamentals of team leadership. Through comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship, you'll develop the skills needed to assist with sales operations, coach team members, and deliver outstanding customer experiences while growing into a management role.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Business Associate
- Engage directly with customers to educate them on Frontier's fiber internet and TV services and recommend solutions that fit their needs.
- Support the sales team by assisting with daily goals, customer interactions, and team activities.
- Learn effective sales, customer service, and leadership techniques through hands-on training and mentorship.
- Build positive relationships with customers by providing professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service.
- Help maintain an organized and productive team environment while contributing to overall sales objectives.
- Assist with tracking individual and team performance while developing the skills needed for future leadership opportunities.
