We are hiring for a Customer Enrollment Associate to represent our client, Frontier, a leading name in the telecom industry.
As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you will apply sales strategy and professional communication to ensure a positive customer experience on behalf of our client. By introducing consumers to potential products and service solutions in their area, you will support sales initiatives and encourage long-term relationship building with customers. Customer Enrollment Associates are provided with a structured protocol and training to successfully achieve results in this role.
Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Associate:
- Initiate contact with customers to introduce and promote Frontier’s advanced telecommunications solutions and support sales
- Assess customer needs and recommend applicable solutions that address any customer challenges
- Build lasting customer relationships through attentive service, consistent communication, and reliable follow-up
- Process sales order accurately while managing and maintaining customer account information
- Participate in ongoing Customer Enrollment Associate training to strengthen product knowledge, refine sales techniques, and stay ahead of industry trends
- Represent Frontier and the company professionally during sales interactions and expand brand visibility and market presence
- Deliver post-sale support by addressing customer inquiries, connecting with client representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualities of the Customer Enrollment Associate:
- Previous experience in a consumer-facing or sales-related role
- Telecommunications experience is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
