What You’ll Do as a Community Enrollment Associate
- Engage directly with community members to explain and enroll them in Frontier wireless services
- Prepare and complete sales contracts accurately and confidently
- Handle confidential customer information with care and professionalism
- Build long term relationships that strengthen Frontier’s presence in New London
- Track enrollments and campaign performance to support sales goals and team success
- Represent the Frontier brand positively at events and outreach initiatives
