This resource will support the design and implementation of digital purchase request forms and electronic approval signature workflow. The system would also function as a searchable repository for approved purchase requests.

- Configure digital workflows using Commonwealth-supported platforms
- Enable attachment collection and electronic signature routing
- Automate delivery of completed forms and attachments to a searchable procurement repository.
- Conduct testing and provide documentation/knowledge transfer to Pennie staff
- Experience with workflow automation tools (4 Years)
