Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Manage multi-stream projects with aggressive delivery schedules and high-visibility stakes.
Hands-On Technical Management: Work directly with development staff and business groups to align technical output with business requirements.
Governance & Compliance: Adhere strictly to agency and state project management practices, including PMO governance, budget management, and risk mitigation.
Infrastructure Delivery: Oversee projects involving IT infrastructure, including networking, physical plant operations, and site provisioning.
Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate effectively with IT management, vendors, consultants, and procurement offices to ensure resource alignment and project success.

Required Qualifications
Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
Experience: 10 years of experience managing large-scale, multi-stream projects valued at $M (or equivalent high-value).
Methodology: Proven expertise in both Scaled Agile and Waterfall project management.
Infrastructure Expertise: 10 years in IT infrastructure delivery, including vendor management, networking, and site provisioning.
Domain Expertise: 10 years managing high-visibility/high-stakes projects within a PMO governance framework, including coordination with external teams.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server).
Education: Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, MIS, or Business/Finance (min. 4 years).
