Primary Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Power Apps, including both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
Design and implement automated business processes and workflows using Power Automate.
Create, configure, and maintain Power Pages for internal and external-facing websites and portals.
Customize, configure, develop, deploy, and support solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform.
Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Lead functionality discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Understand business processes, challenges, and requirements and translate identified use cases into effective Power Platform solutions.
Design and develop applications that address business needs while maintaining scalability, usability, security, and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews and ensure development follows established coding standards, governance policies, and industry best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve Power Platform application and configuration issues.
Document technical issues and resolutions and collaborate with system administrators, developers, and other IT resources to implement fixes.
Develop reusable solution designs and technical documentation for common business use cases.
Create and maintain documentation covering business requirements, technical recommendations, solution designs, platform usage, and technical analysis.
Develop mockups and prototypes based on business requirements and demonstrate how Power Platform capabilities can address identified needs.
Evaluate Power Platform features and tools and recommend appropriate solutions based on functional and technical requirements.
Follow Microsoft and organizational best practices when designing and implementing business solutions.
Assist in defining, implementing, and refining Power Platform governance, development, deployment, and application management standards.
Participate throughout the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams throughout solution development and implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer or other relevant Microsoft Power Platform certification.
Experience with DevOps and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) within the Power Platform.
Experience with Power Platform Pipelines and/or ALM Accelerator.
Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
