Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, with a strong focus on the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.

• Customize, configure, develop, deploy, maintain, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

• Design and develop web-based and enterprise solutions using .NET, C#, SQL, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.

• Document technical issues, resolutions, configurations, and implementation procedures.

• Collaborate with system administrators, developers, engineers, and other IT resources to implement fixes and enhancements.

• Apply Power Platform and Dynamics 365 development standards and best practices when implementing business solutions.

• Assist in defining and refining governance standards for the effective use of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

• Develop technical and functional documentation, including requirements, recommendations, solution designs, technical analyses, and implementation documentation.

• Create mockups and prototypes based on business requirements.

• Evaluate available Power Platform capabilities and recommend solutions that effectively address business needs.

• Serve as a liaison between IT teams and business units to support requirements gathering, issue tracking, troubleshooting, and resolution.

• Help stakeholders determine when to use Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, or alternative technologies.

• Identify efficient technical solutions and recommend alternatives based on business and technical requirements.

• Support continuous improvement of development processes, standards, procedures, and governance policies.

• Review existing processes and recommend improvements that better align technology solutions with organizational priorities.

• Participate in application support and on-call responsibilities when required.

• Support after-hours implementations, deployments, maintenance, or issue resolution as needed.

Required Technical Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

• Strong experience with the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and support.

• Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including:

  • Power Apps

  • Power Automate

  • Power Pages

  • Microsoft Dataverse

• Development experience with C#, .NET, SQL, and Microsoft Azure.

• Experience designing and developing web components and enterprise applications.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving experience within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.

• Experience performing requirements analysis, fit-gap analysis, solution design, implementation, and testing.

• Understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform licensing models.

• Experience developing technical documentation, solution recommendations, and implementation documentation.

• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, development standards, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing DevOps practices for Microsoft Power Platform.

• Experience with Power Platform Pipelines and/or ALM Accelerator.

• Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

• Experience supporting complex enterprise-level Microsoft environments.
