As a Power Platform/D365 Lead, you will be responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, and documenting Microsoft Power Platform and D365 solutions. This includes ensuring all applications are performing well, secure, and managed without causing disruption or data integrity issues.

- Development and Testing (60%): Deliver development and test applications according to specifications and time frames. Conduct thorough testing and document results. Implement best practices for naming conventions, environment strategies, security, and application life-cycle management.
- Mentorship and Guidance (20%): Mentor and guide DPOR staff in using Power Platform/D365 tools. Provide technical consultation, training, and guidance on best practices, solution design, and governance standards.
- Collaboration and Documentation (10%): Collaborate with business users and IT leads to understand and document solution requirements. Develop comprehensive solution documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Environment Administration (10%): Coordinate with VITA to ensure applications are running securely and efficiently. Verify application data, integrations, and environments are properly secured and recoverable.
- 5 years of Power Platform experience, including Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- 3 years of experience with D365 Customer Service Module and role-based security configuration.
- 3 years of experience with solution management, environmental variables, and reusable components.
- 3 years of working knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and security fundamentals.
- 2 years of experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript for UI customizations.
- 2 years of experience with Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and stakeholder communication.
- 3 years of working knowledge of solution architecture, data modeling, Azure functions, and API integration.
- 3 years of experience with custom components, reusability patterns, and custom connectors.
- 1 year of experience implementing accessibility compliance (Section 508/WCAG).
- 2 years of CI/CD experience (Power Platform Pipelines/GitHub).
- 2 years of experience with unit testing and test automation.
- 2 years of experience with DevOps tools.
- 2 years of experience with security, governance, and environment strategy.
- 2 years of experience mentoring and training others.
- 3 years of strong communication, problem-solving, strategy, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills.
