What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction/Escrow Coordinator position at Oostburg State Bank?
Responsible for handling construction draws associated with residential and complex commercial construction disbursements by reviewing sufficiency of supporting documentation and determine whether the construction account remains in balance.
Your role is to be responsible and accountable for any risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures during the draw process.
Candidate will also be expected to assist the company’s closing coordinator with real estate closings on an as needed basis; as well as assisting in balancing final closing numbers and preparing loan closing packages
