What you'll do:
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience from consultation through checkout — every guest, every visit
- Perform cutting, coloring, and styling services to Oomph's quality standard
- Prebook guests before they leave and recommend home care that fits their hair (we coach you on both — and they're how you grow your income here)
- Know your numbers: track your prebooking rate and retail per client, and review them in regular one-on-ones with support to hit your goals
- Participate in ongoing in-salon education, including Davines color and product training
- Keep your station and shared spaces clean, stocked, and guest-ready
- Communicate professionally with guests and teammates — we hold everyone to the same standard, leadership included
- Maintain an active NH cosmetology license and complete required continuing education
What you need:
- Active NH cosmetology license (or license pending — new grads welcome to apply)
- Solid foundation in cutting and color, or the coachability to build one fast
- Availability for a consistent weekly schedule we'll build together
- Comfort with technology — we run our booking, numbers, and communication digitally (Phorest experience a plus, not required)
