Our flagship Fruitville Pike location in Lancaster is where it all began, and we're looking for team members at our West Chest location who want to be part of a culture that values performance, positivity, and doing things the right way. Location & Hours
Oola Bowls West Chester - 16 E Gay Street, West Chester, PA 19380
- Monday - Saturday: 6:30am - 8:30pm
- Sunday: 7:30am - 6:30pm
We're hiring for all shifts and prefer full-time team members, but will consider strong part-time candidates who will be here over the summer.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome (not just take orders but deliver remarkable customer service)
- Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, and other menu items to our standards
- Keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Open or close the store as a key holder with other team members
- Be someone your teammates can count on
- Show up with the right attitude and contribute to our culture
- Light kitchen responsibilities & fruit preparation
What We're Looking For
- Available to work Monday - Sunday (we'll work with your schedule, but we need flexibility)
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people
- Coachable and willing to learn our systems
- Prior food service experience is helpful but not required
- Alignment with our core values and commitment to doing good work
