As the Store Manager for Oola Bowls’ Lebanon, PA location, you will oversee daily store operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for leading a team, managing inventory, maintaining high standards for cleanliness and food quality, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. You will also handle staff training, scheduling, and adhere to company policies regarding safety and retail loss prevention. Additionally, you will track sales performance and implement strategies to meet goals.
