Required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital media, paid media, or performance marketing.
- Experience managing paid media budgets and working with external vendors or agencies.
- Working knowledge of digital advertising and analytics platforms, including:
- Google Ads Manager
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising platforms
- Sprout Social
- User Maven or comparable analytics and attribution tools
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate performance results and insights clearly to internal stakeholders.
- This role is office based with approximately 10 or less days of travel per year.
- May require occasional collaboration outside of standard business hours to support events, campaign launches or deadlines.
Preferred
- Experience supporting social media performance for a media or content-driven organization.
- Familiarity with digital monetization models and audience growth strategies
