Customer Service Representative - Ocean Import Job Responsibilities
- Assist with customer inquiries for import cargo through email and phone
- Monitor all assigned cargo that is in transit or at the terminal
- Cross-functionally communicates to manage the timely delivery of cargo and escalates where needed
- Use your strong reading and comprehension skills to reference documents, procedures, and guidelines effectively.
- Have a working knowledge and level of comfort using MS Office products - especially Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
Preferred Skills (not Required)
- US and Canada Regulatory Transportation Requirement
- Knowledge of International Cargo Container Movement
- Experience with Terminal and Rail Operations
