We are looking to add someone to own Recruiting People as we scale. This person will work directly with the founders to build the team and formalize the internal systems that support it.
This role combines full-cycle recruiting with early-stage people operations. You will drive hiring across the company while helping shape onboarding, performance processes, and team structure.
High-growth companies in sports, fintech, and prediction markets typically invest early in disciplined hiring and strong internal foundations. This role is critical to that effort.

Own onboarding experience and first 30 day plans
Maintain recruiting documentation and hiring systems
Help structure performance review cycles
Support compensation benchmarking and leveling frameworks
Partner with leadership on org design and team planning

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer
- Partner with leadership on hiring roadmap and headcount planning
- Build outbound sourcing pipelines across engineering, trading, operations, and CX
- Define role scopes and interview scorecards
- Track recruiting metrics and improve funnel conversion
- Manage candidate experience and offer closing
Own onboarding experience and first 30 day plans
Maintain recruiting documentation and hiring systems
Help structure performance review cycles
Support compensation benchmarking and leveling frameworks
Partner with leadership on org design and team planning
Background
- 3 to 6 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations experience
- Experience in tech, fintech, gaming, trading, or high-growth startup environments
- Strong sourcing ability and comfort with outbound recruiting
- Experience building or improving people systems in a lean organization
- Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership mentality
- Experience recruiting for engineering or quantitative roles is a plus
- A background or interest in sports, trading, predictions, or crypto is a plus
