Onyx Scott Interiors is seeking a creative, motivated Residential Interior Designer | Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

Compensation
This is a commission-focused position with the security of $15/hour base pay, plus:
- Uncapped commission
- Performance bonuses
- Unlimited earning potential
Designers who consistently meet their sales goals can expect to earn $80,000 annually.
Employee benefits are not currently offered.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations
- Sell interior design services, furnishings, and lighting
- Create furniture and lighting packages
- Develop space plans and 3D models
- Prepare design documentation and construction drawings
- Assist with spec home selections
- Select furniture, fabrics, lighting, flooring, tile, paint, and finishes
- Coordinate with clients, builders, and vendors
- Assist with project installations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design
- Residential furniture and design knowledge
- Strong space planning skills
- Knowledge of fabrics, finishes, and materials
- Experience with SketchUp or similar 3D software
- Drafting software experience (Vectorworks preferred)
- Google Workspace proficiency
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
