We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential property. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while creating a positive experience for residents.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day property operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents
- Manage leasing activities including tours, applications, move-ins, and move-outs
- Ensure timely rent collection and follow up on delinquencies
- Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, and unit make-readies
- Ensure vacant units are turned efficiently and ready for move-in
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Enforce lease terms and community policies
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Supervise and support on-site staff
Qualifications:
- Previous property management or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of make-ready processes and unit turnover timelines
- Yardi experience a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and property management software
